Clinical Research

Innoflaps aims to improvise the products and contribute in the development of better therapies by consistent surveys and research. We try to involve all kind of individuals associated with the complete procedure and not just patients, so that we can work in the precise direction while providing more accurate results. Hence, we consider not just patients but also their parents, educators, therapists, experts of this field, doctors and many more.

Three prime points in our clinical research includes:

Approach

While creating an approach towards research, we keep a number of factors in our mind. While we are open to a number of possibilities that the research will open us to, we do have some fixed objectives that are set before any kind of surveys or experiments. Some of those factors which shape our approach are:

Patient Oriented

While creating an approach towards research, we keep a number of factors in our mind. While we are open to a number of possibilities that the research will open us to, we do have some fixed objectives that are set before any kind of surveys or experiments. Some of those factors which shape our approach are:

Early recovery

We keep in mind that early recovery is one of the most vital aspects. And hence, our research emphasize on early recovery of patients by 80 to 90 percent.

Easy to use

We develop products in such a way that everyone can use it. So that clinics can be brought to home. By making them easy to use, we save the parents numerous visits to clinics and therapists as they can easily take sessions at home itself..

Research Development

The development of research takes place in three phases. We keep it sorted and strategic so that it takes minimum time and provide best results. The three phases are:

Collecting inputs

We approach a number of educators, parents and various therapists to collect inputs. We ask them about various problems they encounter while they teach children who are mentally challenged or suffering from Cerebral Palsy, Autism and speech delay.

Making prototypes

After thorough and intense brainstorming sessions which take place between many educators and parents, about 3 to 4 prototypes are developed which are revised again and again as per the feedback of parents and educator.

Developing the product

After these prototypes are tested, we take almost a year to develop something substantial. A number of doctors, engineers, speech therapists, educators and parents are consistently involved in the entire development procedure.

Case Study

We conducted several case studies and these are the results found:

Note that the results are to be refined further after more thorough research and surveys.

HAT

We did trials on kids based on the verbal and nonverbal skills and found out that any Special child (70-80% severity level) who needs around 2 year of development time and special education, it could reduce up to 6 months
